Introducing the scientific foundation and research outcomes that support the realization of precision predictive medicine

Epigenetic Age
Measurement and
the Challenges of
Longevity Medicine.

The epigenome refers to chemical modifications across all 30 million sites on DNA, holding the instructions that direct gene activity to correctly form specific cells. Its two major characteristics are that it enables the "prediction of the past, present, and future" and that it is "reversible (repairable through intervention)." Leveraging these features, we are developing and providing services that support analysis-driven longevity interventions and measure their effectiveness post-intervention.

1

Prediction of the past, present, and future

  • Lifestyle habits and environmental exposures
  • Degree of aging progression
  • Risk of disease onset
2

Reversible
(Repairable through intervention)

AI Foundation Model
"LEM ."(Large Epigenome Model)

(Large Epigenome Model)

To overcome these challenges, we are building a large-scale AI
foundation model that links the world's largest epigenomic dataset with clinical and molecular data. By integrating diverse data, including Japanese epigenomic data (1.32 trillion data points), we expect to increase the number of predictable disease events by approximately sevenfold compared with existing models.

LEM

Deploying products
based on LEM.

Leveraging our proprietary platform, characterized by its unparalleled volume and depth of data, we will research and develop a diverse range of products by integrating specialized data tailored to specific objectives.
